AkunFBcom bertindak sebagai penjual dan penyedia jasa, tidak terlibat dan terkait dengan apa yang akan diiklankan oleh klien penyewa atau pun pembeli, dan pembeli/penyewa selaku pengguna menyetujui apa yang menjadi Kebijakan Privasi dengan poin di bawah ini

Kebijakan Privasi:

1. Layanan yang Disediakan
Kami menyediakan akses akun iklan pada platform pihak ketiga (seperti Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), baik dalam bentuk penyewaan sementara maupun penjualan permanen. Kami tidak menyediakan layanan pembuatan iklan, optimasi iklan.

2. Tanggung Jawab Pengguna

Dengan menggunakan akun iklan yang disediakan oleh Kami, Anda menyatakan dan menjamin bahwa:

  • Seluruh materi iklan, landing page, dan aktivitas yang Anda jalankan sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab Anda sendiri.

  • Anda bertanggung jawab penuh secara hukum terhadap setiap aktivitas, konsekuensi, dan kerugian yang timbul dari penggunaan akun tersebut.

3. Pelepasan Tanggung Jawab (Disclaimer)

Kami tidak bertanggung jawab, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, terhadap:

  • Isi iklan yang Anda tayangkan.

  • Pelanggaran kebijakan iklan dari platform seperti Google, Meta, TikTok, dan lainnya.

  • Tindakan hukum dari pihak ketiga terhadap Anda akibat aktivitas iklan.

  • Kerugian bisnis, pemblokiran akun, atau pelarangan permanen yang dilakukan oleh platform iklan terhadap asset bisnis digital Anda.

Dengan ini Anda setuju untuk membebaskan Kami dari segala bentuk klaim, tuntutan, atau gugatan yang timbul dari aktivitas Anda menggunakan akun yang Kami sediakan.

4. Privasi dan Kerahasiaan

Kami tidak menyimpan data kampanye Anda, isi iklan Anda, maupun akses terhadap sistem internal Anda, kecuali untuk tujuan teknis terbatas (seperti reset password atau verifikasi akun). Kami menjaga kerahasiaan seluruh data administratif yang Anda berikan.

5. Perubahan Ketentuan

Kami dapat memperbarui Terms and Conditions ini kapan pun tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu. Versi terbaru akan selalu tersedia di situs/web/komunikasi resmi kami. Anda dianggap telah menyetujui perubahan tersebut apabila tetap menggunakan layanan Kami setelah perubahan diberlakukan.

6. Hukum yang Berlaku

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini tunduk dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku di wilayah hukum tempat Kami beroperasi. Segala perselisihan akan diselesaikan secara musyawarah atau, jika perlu, melalui jalur hukum di pengadilan yang berwenang.

7. Pernyataan Pengguna

Dengan melanjutkan penggunaan layanan Kami, Anda menyatakan bahwa telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh isi Terms and Conditions ini tanpa paksaan dan tekanan dari pihak manapun.

AkunFBcom acts solely as a seller and service provider, and is not involved in or associated with any content or material advertised by the renting or purchasing client. The buyer/renter, as the user, agrees to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy as stated below.

1. Services Provided
We provide access to advertising accounts on third-party advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), either through temporary rental or permanent transfer.
We do not offer ad creation, campaign optimization. Our role is limited solely to providing access to the technical tools (ad accounts).

2. User Responsibility

By using the advertising accounts provided by us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for all advertisements, landing pages, and campaigns conducted through the account.

  • You shall not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, platform policies, or general ethical standards.

  • You bear full legal responsibility for any consequences, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the advertising account.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

We shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for:

  • The content, messaging, or legality of any ads run through the account.

  • Any violations of advertising policies set forth by Google, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.

  • Any legal action or disputes arising from your ad content or campaigns.

  • Financial loss, account bans, or permanent suspensions to your digital business assets issued by the advertising platforms.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or penalties that may arise from your use of the advertising account.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We do not store your campaign data, ad content, or internal access information except for limited technical support purposes (such as password reset or account verification). We will treat all administrative information you provide as confidential.

5. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official site or communication channel. Your continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any such changes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably, or if necessary, through legal proceedings in the appropriate court of law.

7. User Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein, voluntarily and without coercion.
